Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are managed by our third-party payment partner, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
7.3 Plan Downgrade
In the event of a downgrade of your subscription plan (e.g., from Business to Pro, Pro to Free, or Business to Free), the following rules will apply:
- Active Job Quota: If the number of your active Jobs exceeds the quota allowed by your new plan, the oldest Jobs (based on creation date) will be automatically deactivated until you comply with the new quota.
- Execution Frequency: If the execution frequency of your active Jobs is higher than the minimum interval allowed by your new plan (e.g., a Job that ran every 5 minutes on a Pro plan will be deactivated if it moves to a Free plan that only allows every 15 minutes), these Jobs will be automatically deactivated.
- Log Retention: Log retention will be adjusted to the period specified by your new plan. Logs exceeding this period will be deleted.
- No Refund: Plan downgrades do not entitle you to a refund for subscription periods already paid. The new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
7.4 Refunds
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable.

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, network failures, or other reasons beyond our control.
